A Year Later

About a year ago, newly open Ixora Apartment's residents were shocked to their horror when they found a body of a MMU student lying in his pool of blood just right beside the pool. It was reported that the boy slipped while trying to reach his locked-18th-storey apartment in Ixora using the balcony of his neighbour to get to his balcony. Police reported as a commit suicide case but rumours said it wasn't that at all. Most people would just ignore it but this case happens in Lunar Month as well.

This year, during Lunar Month as well, roughly about a year later, Ixora's residents were treated with another shocking incident when security guard found the body of a female MMU student lying in her own pool of blood.

Varsity student jumps to her death
MALACCA: A 22-year-old final year Multimedia University accounting student is believed to have jumped to her death from the 18th floor of an apartment in Bukit Beruang at 6.30pm on Friday.

Police said the girl's slippers were found on the 18th floor. It is believed that the girl, who resided in a nearby apartment went there to visit a friend at about 6.20pm. A guard, who heard a loud thud, found the body sprawled on the ground floor and informed the police. The student's parents, who are staying in Shah Alam, have been notified.
